Senthil Kumar G

A teacher at heart, a creator at thought, engineer at execution and an Entrepreneur by profession.

Senthil Kumar, Chief Board Gamer & Founder, MADIEE, hails from a small town, Komarapalayam in Tamil Nadu. He is not just a first generation entrepreneur but also a first generation graduate, with a sheer determination to bring a change in the education system. As a mechanical engineering graduate from College of Engineering Guindy, he worked with leading scientists in India and abroad, and was a visiting research student in University of Birmingham, UK  under UK-India Education Research initiative. He was selected for the prestigious Young India Fellowship, where he was exposed to the field of liberal arts, and it was here the idea of MADIEE was generated. He has been certified by Harvard Business School in finance, business analytics and economics, and worked in a couple of disruptive startups in Ahmedabad and Mumbai, before starting MADIEE. He was selected as a facilitator in the 10th edition of Jagriti Yatra, the longest train journey in the world, meeting eminent social entrepreneurs across the country.

Recently, he was invited by UNESCO-MGIEP to do a mock classroom in TECH 2018 and his board game on child sexual abuse, fetched the social entrepreneurship award in Youth Speak Summit 2018.

Ramalingam Raghavan, a Marine Engineer by profession and a passionate board gamer, and has been hosting board game meetups in Chennai every since 2012. He has a wide variety of nearly 100+  board games collection and his most favorite ones are Agricola, Catan and the Alchemists. Off late, he has been helping game developers across the world, with the play test of board game, and the ‘Nights of Fire : Battle for Budapest’  was his first involvement with play testing of board games, and this is to be released in 2019 by Mighty Boards. He is also working on his first board game, centered around the theme of life of a farmer. He also loves teaching basic science in a fun and creative way to children.

Adityanshu completed her graduation in BA(Hons),from Banaras Hindu University.She follows her passion for colours, and she currently owns her design studio named Dreamage studio. She also takes creative classes towards creating more design talents. She specializes in caricature,color exploded illustrations and sketching. Adi just want to make this world more happier and fantasize it by her artistic skills

Ahil Prasanth, pursuing Human Resource Management in Madras School of Social Work. He completed his B.E Mechanical Engineering in College of Engineering Guindy. He is working on project called “Recruitment, Engagement and Analysis of employees using board games. With that, he wants to impart board games in the recruitment process to identify skill sets of candidates  and to develop skills among employees through Learning & Development sessions. With his metrics, he loves to play with numbers to produce accurate results which is need of the hour.

Naveen raj  is doing his B.Sc in Game design and development from ICAT chennai. He is an passionate artist with keen interest in programming. He is also a state level Tennis player. His travel towards a creative world keeps him engaged and curious.

Barath is currently studying 12th grade in Chennai. He started his journey in this startup world 2 years ago by starting a  Marketing agency which provides one box growth solution for various Businesses, both nationally and internationally. He is just testing out and getting his hands into this startup culture. He is a self taught digital marketer and sales specialist.

She amazes people with her words

Nivya has worked at a ministry in Indian government in policy analysis and development, effective communications, and advocated practices of open data culture and transparency in governance. Prior to that, she has worked on strategizing implementation of Skill India program in East Delhi. She is a Young India Fellow of 2016 and has graduated with a Bachelor’s in Technology. Her interests include research on socio-economic policy, effective policy development, finance, international relations, entrepreneurship, and technology. She has authored a few publications and award winning essays and loves to write her thoughts. She is an artist, a photographer, and a travel enthusiast. She is a history buff and had freelanced as a content developer for a travel startup on historical monuments of India.
